Higher Ground for a Higher Cause

higher-ground

Kindness, compassion and service are all inherent parts of yoga culture and, make no mistake about it, we love giving back. In fact, Higher Ground’s director is a nonprofit consultant and spent some time in early 2009 visiting nonprofits to serve, fundraise and/or provide pro bono consulting advice (you can check out a clip from her volunteer kids’ yoga classes in Cambodia here).

To continue on in this spirit of “karma yoga“, Higher Ground offers donations-based “good cause” classes, contributes to charitable causes and supports the karma service of other yogis.

See below for available events and offerings, and be sure to sign up for karma yoga updates, yoga tricks and self-care tips here.
